For a custom build, 90 days before show open is comfortable; 120 gives you more design rounds. Rentals can turn around in 30 days. If your show is closer than that — call us anyway. We've done CES miracles in 18 days.
Every project is quoted individually — footprint, finish level, and services shape the number, so a blanket figure would mislead you. Send your show and space and you'll get an itemized quote within 48 hours: structure, graphics, freight, and labor broken out line by line.
First show or testing a market: rent. Three or more shows a year with the same footprint: custom pays for itself by the second year. Our rental fees credit toward a custom build, so starting with a rental costs you nothing strategically.
Yes — we've delivered internationally, including iGB Live at ExCeL London. We fabricate stateside, manage ocean or air freight and customs, and partner with vetted local I&D crews under our project management.
It comes back to our 60,000 sq ft climate-controlled Las Vegas facility, gets inspected and repaired, and waits crated for the next show. You never see a storage unit or a moving truck.
